Pack the Gear
Carefully disassemble your equipment and place it back into its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest carrier location or schedule a freight pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
